We accept payments through Stripe. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if payment cannot be processed.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.

  • Shipping Methods: We use InPost Home Delivery for UK orders and Royal Mail for international orders.

  • Shipping Times:

    • UK: 2–3 working days after dispatch.

    • International: 5–10 working days depending on location.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size and will be shown at checkout. Free UK shipping is available on orders over £20.

  • Customs and Import Duties: For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

  • No Refunds: As all items are handmade, we do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged or faulty.

  • Returns: If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist with a return or replacement, subject to the conditions outlined above.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges unless the product is faulty.
