At Laura May Studio, we take pride in creating beautiful, handmade jewelry. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our refund and return process.

Returns

 

 

  • As all our items are handmade, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or faulty upon receipt.

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a repair, replacement, or refund for the affected item.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition to be eligible for a return.

 

 

 

2. 

Refunds

 

 

  • We offer refunds only for faulty or damaged items. To initiate a refund, please contact us at lauramaybradley@hotmail.co.uk with a description of the issue, along with a photo of the damaged item.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days after the return has been received and assessed.

Exchanges

 

 

  • We do not offer exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged.

 

 

 

4. 

Non-refundable Items

 

 

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or returns on custom or personalized orders.

Shipping Costs

 

 

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless otherwise stated.

How to Return an Item

Please Note: We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning an item, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
