At Laura May Studio, we take pride in creating beautiful, handmade jewelry. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our refund and return process.

Returns

As all our items are handmade, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or faulty upon receipt.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a repair, replacement, or refund for the affected item.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition to be eligible for a return.

Refunds

We offer refunds only for faulty or damaged items. To initiate a refund, please contact us at lauramaybradley@hotmail.co.uk with a description of the issue, along with a photo of the damaged item.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days after the return has been received and assessed.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Non-refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or returns on custom or personalized orders.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless otherwise stated.

Please Note: We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning an item, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
